Move money to a lot of people, and prove where every peso went.

Harborstone is the operations platform behind payroll runs, loan releases, supplier payments and claims payouts across the Philippines — built so the reconciliation is finished when the transaction is, not at the end of the month.

What we move

Three ways money moves through Harborstone.

Each runs through the same ledger, the same approvals and the same reporting — so adding a second payment type doesn't mean adding a second reconciliation process.

Disbursement

Live

Pay many recipients in one run — salaries, loan proceeds, supplier invoices, insurance claims, commissions. Each payout posts against operational prefunding, so a run can never quietly overdraw.

Bills payment

Live

Collect on behalf of billers through your outlets, with the settlement position visible per branch rather than discovered at cut-off.

Over-the-counter collection

Live

Receive over-the-counter payments and route settlement to the approved bank account, with the receiving details captured on the transaction record.

A farmer carrying a sack of rice across a paddy field in the Philippines.
The money has to arrive where the work is.

Branch networks reach the people bank branches don't. Harborstone is built for the operators running those counters — and for the finance team that has to account for all of it afterwards.

Reconciliation

The ledger is the product.

Most payment tools treat reconciliation as reporting you run afterwards. Harborstone treats it as the thing being built as you go — because the question that actually costs money is not "did it send", it's "can you show me".

  • Every movement carries a provider reference. Nothing is recorded as settled on the strength of a request having been made.
  • Operational prefunding is held per outlet, with a reserve floor. Below the floor, transactions are refused rather than queued into a shortfall nobody notices.
  • Approvals sit in the path, not beside it. Movements above your threshold wait for a second pair of eyes before they leave.
  • Exports for accounting and BIR come out of the same records the operators worked from, not a parallel spreadsheet.

Control

Built for people who are accountable for the money.

Branch networks fail on permissions and visibility long before they fail on payment rails.

Roles that match the org chart

Super admin, branch manager and teller each see and do only what their role allows, scoped to the branch they belong to.

Second factor on every sign-in

A one-time code is sent by email at each login. Codes are never shown on screen and never returned to the browser.

Prefunding visible to whoever spends it

The available balance sits in the header wherever an operator works, including tellers — so the wall is visible before it's hit.

Approvals with a threshold

Set the amount above which a movement needs sign-off, and see everything waiting in one queue.

History that answers questions

Filter by branch, type, status and period; export what the auditor or the accountant actually asked for.

Approved outlet management

Add approved operating outlets, apply operational prefunding, set settlement limits and manage access status from one console.

How it works

Three steps, and the ledger keeps itself.

01

Fund operations

Deposit settlement funding and distribute it to each approved operating outlet. What an outlet holds is what it can spend, less its reserve floor.

02

Post transactions

Operators post disbursements and collections from the console. Anything over threshold routes for approval first.

03

Settle and reconcile

Each movement returns a provider reference and updates the branch position. Export for accounting when you need it.

Volume, payment types and the branch footprint are usually enough for us to say whether Harborstone fits — and to be straight with you when it doesn't.
